STAGING
Staging begins with a visit to the site to determine the scope of the project and the ultimate purpose for staging. Staging may be done to maximize the client’s existing furniture and accessories prior to purchasing additional pieces, or to pepare the home for sale on the real estate market.Â
After careful review of a home's features, a list of recommendations will be reviewed with the client. This may include suggestions concerning general maintenance projects, basic clean up of clutter, as well as editing, rearranging and re-purposing of furnishings and accessories.Â
Our goal is to create the best possible interior to maximize the potential for a quick and profitable sale or to maximize the client's enjoyment of the home. Â
CONSTRUCTION SELECTION PROCESS
Our designers provide comprehensive construction selections for more than a dozen custom builders in San Antonio and several more throughout Texas. We provide design services along the Texas coast, in the Fort Worth-Dallas area, and along the Texas border. We have worked extensively with clients from Mexico and offer bi-lingual services.
Clients often feel that the building process can be daunting and may over complicate the process. Through the years, Class, Covers & Colors has refined the construction selection process. Our professional design team guides the client through this process in a format which culminates in an interior which represents the client’s style and the designer's expertise.
